Corrugated Board Manual/Semi Auto Adhesives

The basic characteristic of manual operation is lack of drying provision after sheets are pasted. We have two adhesives for separate process of Pasting & Corrugation. Also a single glue can be used for both application. Corrugation Powder is cold water soluble with different water mix ratio (1:4 to 1:8). And in Pasting Powder , one can choose for hot water soluble or cold water soluble powder with high pH and Neutral pH, depending upon the application ( GSM , BF & type of flute), in pasting gum there are various water mix ratios ( 1:2 to 1:8 ) and resulting solids between 8% to 33%. and also the Viscosity of the glue can be maintained at a constant level according to the required demand irrespective of the water mix ratio.
